Neck Cooling Ice Scarf

This cooling scarf, crafted from polyester cotton fabric with PE beads, measures 25.6"x2". Soak it in water for 10 minutes until the PE beads fully absorb moisture, then squeeze out excess water and wrap it around your neck, head, wrist, or any area needing cooling.
