Insert is blank 100 Lb. white tag. Custom sheets are available. There's 50 sheets, 50 Lb. white offset with light gray rules printed on one side. Logo and rules printed in one color on one side are available. It's Wire-O bound on the left or top side in black, pewter, or white. 7" W x 7" H
