Made with our own time-tested adhesive formulation along the top width of each 50Lb offset sheet attached to a 65Lb card-stock back-card. Requests for specific PMS will be converted to the closest CMYK Color match. Exact Match cannot be guaranteed. The following must be custom quoted: Heavier or colored paper, sheet counts, flood coating, 1-3 color reverse-side printing, same-side adhesive, wider adhesive, and packaging fulfillment. These note pads stick better, flatter, and longer. Complies with Prop 65. 2" W x 3" L x 0.4" Thick
